    It's funny that the year MA is putting up a tent and sponsoring MOTD (again) NAM is also putting up a tent and sponsoring after years of being disconnected from the event....

    Nothing funny about it. It's something that's been in the works for several months. I plan to visit the MA tent and say hello to people I've corresponded with over the years and hope some of you guys will stop in at the NAM tent at some point. There should be a couple of Admins/Moderators there all the time. I'll be there most of Thursday.

    Fingers crossed that changes in the next few days. The way this year has gone almost every weekend in ATL for last few months has been rain. Last weekend was beautiful. First in a long time.

    @r52coop - thanks for the further clarity. Good to know and welcome back to the MINI club. FYI both the C5 and C6 are great Track cars... but you are correct, you better bring your big boy pants to really be pushing those especially the ZR1.

    Will do - hopefully you’ll also come down to MA. I get there Friday and would love to meet you.

    Well,
    I was thinking about coming up, but I'd really only have a dry day (Friday), to unleash my beast. Last year certainly sucked, especially with it being my first MOTD. Have The Powers that be, thought of moving this event later into the summer months? Just a thought...

    soon my friend.. very soon. :D I.e.. within 24 hours). All that is holding that back is a day of meetings, 4.5 hr flight back home plus a 3.5 hr drive. :(

    Teddy - the donations look great!! Can’t wait to see how much money “we”.. ie you and the donations you made make for the food bank. I have a few I’m going to bring up. But nothing like that. :Notworthy:
