This is Kee, my mini dog. She just celebrated her fourth birthday. She's a Chihuahua. A real sweetheart and doesn't bark at anyone. She likes to ride in the MINI, and chase squirrels, mainly chase squirrels.

Great looking dogs...
Our Great Dane likes to take up a lot of the back of our MINI, too!

Holly and Noel, our two minature Poodles - AKA the Mini-Poopers.....
They don't usually roam free in the back like this, we were on our way home from the dog park which is only a couple blocks away from the house.
Normally, they're either crated in the back or in safety harnesses clipped to the seatbelts in the back seats.

That's one of the reason we have the Poodoos, they don't shed........my brother is allergic to dogs and cats but he can be around our two with no problems.
Those are all some pretty dogs!
Ours don't drool or slobber, but OMG do they like to lick! -
My pets don't travel well at all unless certain conditions are met. First off, they need lots of water maintained in a small temperature window. Then they need lots of algae to munch on all the time.
For this reason my 2 snails that hitchhiked home on some aquarium plants stay home when I travel. -

Probably just as well, it's hard to keep the water in a goldfish bowl a 1 g around a corner! Do you leave the TV on to entertain them?
Of our two, Noel is "my" dog, follows me everywhere, sits beside me on the couch in the evening, and if I head out to the car she's the first to yip that she wants to go too. However, once underway she's miserable, frantic and completely unhappy unless in her crate (and sometimes even then) or strapped in. On a long trip she settles down and sleeps for about 2 hour stretches, then we have to stop and allow her to stretch her legs before going on.
Holly is my wife's girl, but if I persuade her to go with me in the car to the store or something, she's a happy camper, looking out the windows the whole way with interest at whatever goes by, and sitting quietly in the car while I run into the store or return a movie. When we take a long trip she's good to go the whole way if necessary. -

Ruby, the Black Lab Navigator, has close to 100K miles in Poco. She used to go to work with me when I was still living north of the 49th. It was a 100 mile round trip commute. For the most part she just curls up and sleeps, Sadie the rescue mutt likes looking out the windows when we first start out, but mostly she just sleeps too.
