You're saying Motorsports. I don't know of a mag with that exact title. Do you mean Motorsport Magazine?
If so, that might be my choice if the price isn't exorbitant. I'm not familiar with the actual paper magazine though, just love the online coverage (check out the site if you haven't already done so). Lots of great original content and interesting perspectives beyond the typical mainstream. On the other hand, I have no idea how much of what I see on line makes it to the printing press.-

it was in newspaper format, it was pretty much all racing back then. Used
to save them to get the wood stove started!-

I have had both and much prefer the rag from Grassroots.
Racer is simply a rehash of the SpeedTV crap. -

It will no longer be a rehash. No more Speed TV. RIP

Thanks for the input, guys. I checked the Grassroots Motorsports website and couldn't find much on F1 (my primary interest). I should have mentioned "F1 Racing" magazine among those I'm considering. "Motorsports" has great variety, including historical pieces, and "Racer" covers a multitude of motor sports fairly well. "Autosport" strikes me as a premier weekly, but at almost $350 per year, it's a bit pricey. Keep the opinions coming! I really appreciate the comments. I need a mag to read on those train rides to DC.

Steve,
Yeah, I meant "Motorsports Magazine". I've read a few issues and enjoyed them very much. "MM" delves into F1 from a historical perspective more than any F1-focused magazine I've read. Vintage racing is covered as well. They have a current offer of 15 issues for $85 or 30 issues for $150 (40% off news stand price).
As for using the "MM" website to read articles, it doesn't work for me. I can't do Kindle, Nook, etc. I'm an old-fashioned MGB-driving kind of guy. I like to sit back in my leather chair, magazine in hand, and pour The Macallan and light up a fine cigar. Or, barring the idyllic setting, simply read the print magazine on the Metro heading into DC. -
"F1 Racing" = $69
"Motorsports Magazine" = $85
"Racer" = $39
There is always "Autosport". Try $347 for an annual subscription (51 issues). -
Do any of you seniors remember "On Track", I subscribed for years but it
vanished sometime back in the 90's. It was the best for racing coverage. -

I think On Track morphed into Racer as I recall.

Autoweek was Competition Press way back when. I have dropped my subscription, don't care for the new format or the every two weeks edition.
