:cornut: Fixed = $195 and Adjustable = $275. $80 difference isn't too bad. The adjustables are currently out of stock at Ireland Engineering itself but probably available at the retailers. Jason
The IE adjustable plates raise the front end. The Hotchkis do not raise the front. I am not sure about the Vorshlags.
Yep my MINI is now at a monster truck height with a huge .25 inch lift. You are correct, but it means nothing as far as the real world goes.
I know MINIs are made in England but they were designed by Germans. I just find it interesting that they would design a car that has such variance in manufacturing concerning camber and then not add the ability to adjust it.
:cornut: Cost was most likely the limiting factor there. Just like the camber plates, adjustable costs more. The bean counters strike again.:lol::lol: Jason
Nick-Very much of the R50/R53 was designed by Rover. BMW changed many things, but some were already cast in stone. The R56 is more of a BMW design. I haven't heard about mushrooming being a problem on the R56 & its variants. Quite possibly your MINI running a 17" & then an 18" wheel package changed things a bit. Mushrooming screws with alignment. I'm sure there is some production variance, but your MINI seems to have an excessive amount.
