    Ok so I've tried not to weigh in on this one but I can't help my self. I was a charter subscriber and kept my subscription till around September. I then changed over to an iPad subscription. I have yet to be able to download a magazine, He did email me one. There was one time I renewed and when I never got a magazine in the mail I was told I had not renewed.
    It would be nice if there was a good Mini rag out there but I guess not.
    I'm amateur photographer, I know it's hard for a Pro to make it these days. It really bother me that you did a photo shot for him and didn't even get payed.
    I can find better things to do with my money.

    My only mag purchase came as a result of my 70 being featured back in the May-June 2007 issue. Never any plans to subscribe... Certainly not now that I know of all the turmoil.

    It's probably not "his" project car but some other company that he has pulled the wool over their eyes by offering the moon When they realize all he has is moldy cheese they too will be yet another MINI company left in the wake with a handful of nothing.

    I bought some back issues and they were so much better than what I was currently getting that I dropped the subscription. I now get the digital version of Modern MINI.

    FYI ~ I have a huge stack of MC2 mags including issue #1 in a drawer colleting dust if anyone is interested in buying them. I may be missing maybe 1 or 2 issues but its a complete set up till I cancelled last year.

    They are all in great shape and I even have some dups. Shoot me a PM if anyone is interested and I will send more details and issue #'s and pictures if you want.

    Posts about Barry not paying have been removed from a Mini themed facebook page. Also an entire thread by Steven S. Miric titled Mr. Barry is no friend of mine... with a link to the blog post of FOTOGRAFIA INC. | Mr. Barry is no friend of mine... has been removed too. So, just how deep are Donald Bram and Barry in cahoots?

    Wow ... totally not cool. Damn shame. I got a 'free' MC2 mag about a year ago, but never subscribed (thank goodness!) cuz the rate wasn't worth the price (2 me). Now I'm questioning the relationship between the FB MINI group & this guy Mr. Barry ... :confused:

    I saw that Steve posted on Barry's page where he announced his new guy. I also posted "make sure you get paid first". Went back to see posted and Steve's was removed.

    I'm not a lawyer & don't play one on M/A. That being said, Steve if he uses any of your copyrighted photos after you have removed the permission to do so find a friendly lawyer to write you a letter. This may well get Mr. Barry's attention.

    Steve sorry to hear of your issues with Barry and his rag. I have never heard anything good of him and his rag. If you like I will ask him about your money at MOST.
    LXM is full of drama also. I had remarks removed over some talk of other hobbies outside of Mini and I left.
