I don't know about the Atlanta to Detroit run but I'm thinking about Pittsburgh to Detroit.

I showed the route to my wife and she said...Why don't we drive to Detroit and then go over to Wisconsin and visit 'cousin Partica'. I love the UP , so that sounds OK with me.

No guarantee but for now I am planning on making the last leg from Las Vegas to Palm Springs.

Thinking of jumping on in at Park City to Palm Springs. I live in California and figured it would be a nice leg to catch.

I might be interested in catching the parade as they cross northern Ohio towards Detroit and St. Ignace. I'd return after St. ignace...love that area and it would be a nice drive home.

When are they going to post the actual routes? I mean route numbers, directions, etc., not some cartoon "map". Or is it everyone for themselves to get between cities? I just hope they aren't planning to use the PA Turnpike to Pgh. The tolls are expensive and the road is boring. There are also LEO's on that road and sometimes they're hard to spot.
If they do use I70, to the Turnpike into Pgh., I can be your tour guide. I grew up in Pgh., and know my way around the city pretty well. I also know the route between B'more and Pgh. very well. PM me if you want to start a convoy. -
They're using a very different route than I would have thought so just ignore my previous post.
