It looks fab but has had fair share of issues. Most recently is a Hum on drivers wheel when over 50 mph. Changed tyres and had full alignment. Changed discs , pads and calipers. Drop links and track rods are new so next is wheel bearing then failing that drive shaft replacement. Hoping that will sort and it's not a tranny issue

Nice R53. The front control arm bushings go bad around 40,000 miles. kick the front of the front tire if it moves back they need replacing. Use PowerFlex bushings they will last the life of the car. I know this wont cause the hum but it still may need attention.
Hopefully it's just the wheel bearing.
Keep us up on your progress.

Here’s hoping replacing the wheel bearing fixes the problem.

That was the symptoms I had for wheel bearings.. also would be louder on one side during highway speed left or right turns.
