    No different than any other form of communication. A photo I took gets used in a magazine, I still own the rights to that photo.

    Thanks, didn't know if by you putting it out there for anybody to see, it might be different. Wouldn't want a pic of mine used in someones advertising without some consideration either...

    Not sure how many of you remember, but M7 was 'borrowing' my pics, even hotlinking to them on my photobucket (for which I pay for a premium membership on an annual basis). I asked politely several times for them to rehost them and give me proper credit for taking them (they did neither).

    Fired up the MSPaint, went to work and swapped the original targets to some images none-too-friendly to M7 Tuning. Much :lol: was had, watching them panic. All they had to do was edit their own posts, albeit all over MINI forums (not just the sewing site).

    Vorshlag has had a picture of my R56 on their site for a couple of years now: here. Apparently he got it from an SCCA event I ran a while back. I am apparently less picky and don't really care.
