Pull it...
Take it to a shop that is capable of welding aluminum... (Don't even think of using JB-Weld)... Cleanliness is next to godliness when it comes to welding aluminum... So if the crack is in the case that holds the fluid, be prepared to drain it. They will need to "V" notch the crack and they will be able to do the repair from the outside of the case...
While it's out consider OS Giken clutch and a mechanical limited slip... You can justify this because you didn't need to buy a replacement transmission...
OR....
Buy a replacement / rebuilt unit, and think about what you could have done...![]()

Yep, If it's just a case crack, I'd have it welded also.
