You need to get some fishing line and cut the two-side tape holding it on. I got some line called, "Spider Braid", or "Spider wire"? awesome stuff! Cuts it like butter : The link shows the box. I got I think, 60lb test, it is the size of 15lb test in regular line, that's why it so nice.

Hair dryer and either dental floss or fishing line.

Warm the area under the wing where it meets the body and then use the line or floss to saw at it. Much patience is needed. Don't forget there is a stud in there you have to work around too.

Once one side is complete it helps to have someone push up GENTLY on the lose side while sawing away on the other side. To much force and you get a unique dent in the roof. I showoff mine with pride.

Park in the direct sun for couple hours and do the spider wire trick should work great for you.

91% Rubbing Alcohol works GREAT for removing most adhesives, especially double-sided tape.

Saturate the area by pouring LIBERAL amounts of the rubbing alcohol onto the roof while parked on a slight incline so the liquid seeps down under the wing.

The rubbing alcohol WILL remove any wax, but that's a non-issue since you are already planning on cleaning and waxing before installing the JCW wing, right? Right?!
