Start with the passenger side vent area with the glove box open and just "Pull".
They are only held in with clips, No Screws.

I found this video a while back as my reference on taking the dash apart. It's in depth and shows a lot more than you asked.

According to the Bentley, you will need to remove the dash to get the airbag panel off so just start with that. Pull the covers off of both ends and remove the two screws off of each end and it will lift off. The middle panel with the speedo has two screws at the top and one on the lower left, the two air vents just pry off, and the airbag panel has three screws on the bottom inside the glove box and three on the top under the dash. When you are yanking things off it is kind of scary because you really need to pull hard. IIRC, the speedo trim ring just pulls off too.

so i started with the door panels cause it just seemed easier. i found a good picture diy that will come in handy when doing the dash sections. i cant wait to see how it looks. i think i caught a mini bug that makes me want to mod it more.
