The idea is solid, but since they are the ones who would get to vote on it first, the likelihood of it ever coming to fruition is slightly greater then Osama Bin Laden and myself sitting down to a couple of beers over some pork chops.
True, but just maybe if there is a loud enough outcry from the voters something might happen. Even a blind squrriel finds a nut from time to time...:lol:
