Don't replace with OEM. An ATI from one of the M/A Sponsors such as OutMotoring or Detroit Tuned, or Helix is recommended. -

While you're at it you will want to replace the belt and probable the tension pulley spring/retainer.
Since you're pulling pulleys you could get a reduction compressor pulley too and get a little more boost.
