Great job, Tummi! I admire your courage for putting fabric w/ geometric print that needs good alignment.
That makes it way more difficult than the stretchable matte leatherette I did!

Definitely original. I have a question if you don't mind. In the sixth picture is it looks like you striped off the foam, did you replace it or just attached the material straight to the shell?

If you buy headliner material, it has the foam already glued to it....just FYI for those contemplating doing this on their cars.

Can we go back to the headless chickens for a minute?.....

Is this a side hobby? An art project? Please tell me more about the headless chickens -
I just pulled my headliner. I used a brush and a shop-vac and got rid of all that old cruddy foam liner. The headliner board is still a bit "tacky". Is it ok to spray the adhesive on that? i don't see a way to clean all the residue off cardboard. any ideas?
