Does you car have Run Flat tires? Either way you should have a jack in your car. If your car came with a manual it should tell you the location of the jack.

Sorry I don't know the location of the jack in the 2008 Clubman as I have a 2005.

Thank you all for warm welcome! I am located in Czech Republic (so in the center of Europe). In terms of jack... I have asked local BMW dealership to "screen" it and found this:

    - car has been sold on run flat tires (so I can search for car jack ages and find nothing) but i bought it on regular tubeless once.
    - previous owner have missed one recall (as BMW records say). It was installation of some kind "heat shield for oil line".

    rest seems to be fine...

    Welcome Martin....

The heat shield is probably the clip on cover that attaches to the oil line on top of the turbo....
