Jackie Cooper MINI in OKC does too!
I may need to swing down to DFW for that bay day though, that's awesome!

MINI of Austin does a great job on the pledge, except... the City of Austin won't let them wash the cars. Next year, the City of Austin won't let them put your parts/swag/maintenance purchases in bags.
Yea! MINI of Austin!
City of Austin, meh.-

This happened when Austin for some unknown reason became a nut magnet for hippies and alternate life style types, go figure.

Funny. I live in Hays County now (go to church in Buda), but pretty much grew up in Grayson County (outside of Pottsboro).Click to expand...
. I'm a Del Valle(Travis County) Cardinal(the school for Air Force brats from Bergstrom, AFB), class of '71. I drive through Pottsboro and Tioga all the time. Lots of lightly traveled roads through there. Just watch out for the occasional drunken:beer naked:crazy::eek6: C&W star lying in the middle of the road.

Probably can't make out the sign hanging under the counter, but it's for the DVHS Reunion (taken at Wilhite's in Creedmore).
Ask your Mrs. if the name Gassaway rings a bell (my Sherman Bearcat sister-in-law).Click to expand...-

I haven't had a hug from anyone at the dealer, but they are all very polite and they even remember my name when I stop in. When I ask technical questions, the shop foreman comes out and answers them.

Mine absolutely does, 110%
Baron MINI in KC.
I was going thru last year's service tickets to update the oil change and tire rotation intervals in my service book and I found a little item on one ticket I hadn't even noticed, and they never said a word - the chrome tends to peel off on the new gen key fobs, they put a new chrome on for me!
That's tending the details! -
Overzealous
Momentum MINI, Houston washed Winston even though I told them to skip it. Peeled off my sunroof graphic! Good intentions, but not so good on the listening skills... -
Passport MINI of Alexandria, VA is gr8! My SA, David, gets hugs from me all the time!

Checkered Flag MINI in Va Beach destroys the pledge.

Thats good to hear that their service end does "get it" I can tell you from visiting the place and talking to the sales staff they they don't. I won't call them Motoring Advisers cause to me they came off as sales people first. Might as well be selling dishwashers for all they knew.BRG_Paul said: ↑MINI of Baltimore County [MD] upholds the pledge very well....Click to expand...

They aren't doing a stellar job on my delivery. Doesn't help that I can watch RORO's going in and out of Bremerhaven on portvision.com, and know ship schedules. Best I can tell it's been sitting on the dock for 2 weeks, hopefully I will get an update tomorrow from my MA.

:cornut: Mini of Dallas, simply the best. Once a quarter they, with Metroplex Mini Club, have DIY day and provide bays/lifts/techs/parts for sale. They're amazing.
