This sounds more like a port issue than a dealer issue.

This may be a port issue, but the pledge does speak to delivery. Good news is the owners lounge now says it is in route, YIPPEEE it is on a ship!
I suppose the frustration is in being on the outside looking in at the wonderful community of mini owners and waiting my chance to be a member. My wife is even looking forward to being married to a mini owner...... -
Tom Bush MINI, Jacksonville, FL is great!

Otto's MINI of Exton, PA does a great job.
The sales guys and girls always say hi when I walk in and ask me if I want to test drive a new Mini. I just laugh and say no I have an R53.
The Service dept is good but the Parts dept is excellent. If they don't have something in stock (rare) they can get it in one day from the warehouse. -

Mini of Sterling in northern Virginia is my dealer and excels in complying with the pledge of allegience to the customer. And hugs are common! Whether its service or sales, I cannot remember when a dealer visit was as enjoyable as it is at Sterling. They know their cars and they know their customers. Sterling is undergoing a huge expansion and are preparing to establish a stand alone site across the road from its BMW dealership.

Probably can't make out the sign hanging under the counter, but it's for the DVHS Reunion (taken at Wilhite's in Creedmore).
Ask your Mrs. if the name Gassaway rings a bell (my Sherman Bearcat sister-in-law).Click to expand...

Jason Montague said: ↑pmsummer said: ↑:cornut: Will do. What's the contact info for DVHS reunions? There were Wilhites at DVHS when I was there. Glad to see that someone at DVHS could stay there and make a living.

P.S. Wilhite's has the best BBQ I've ever had next to a landfill. ;-)
It's good, but not as good as the OO Smokehouse in Sherman (did I get the name correct?).Click to expand...
