    Congrats from another Pure Silver owner (2007 MCS). You may find the NorCal MINIs worth joining. I had a great time on their run down to see the elephant seals at Ano Nuevo State Beach. There is a run to a Napa winery coming in May, and an overnight down to Cambria for a Hearst Castle tour.

    "speedkills" comes from two places for me:

    1. A reference to the Oakland Raiders (yes, I'm a fan, hence the Silver & Black paintjob)

    2. A song by Agent orange, Bloodstains:
    "Bloodstains, speed kills, fast cars, cheap thrills..."

    The 66 is the year I was born.

    Thanks everyone for the kind words and the welcome...

    Yesterday I replaced my chrome grill with the JCW black grill, I left the chrome trim.
    IMO it looks great and makes the car look even better...
    Still trying to decide about stripes, but leaning toward the viper stripes...
