    It's a third party app that doesn't generate ad $, right? One of the reasons I finally ponied up and bought the membership when I did. But now you're taking away the insanely easy, convenient, and customizable way to surf your forum.

    Mildly irritated is an understatement.

    Membership money won't keep the lights on. Ads, like in anything, are what keeps your fun going.

    Another reasons to shift to a mobile version is google. They will not list you in their mobile search unless your mobile compliant.

    Thanks for the questions and feedback! Tap-A-Talk does have a financial incentive for website owners to work with them. Purchasing a MotoringAlliance membership isn't associated with Tap-A-Talk. This website is privately owned and the expense of maintaining and sustaining the site is offset through advertisers and the memberships. The memberships are extremely valuable in helping offset operating and development cost and very much appreciated.

    The mobile friendly version is not for $$. There is no additional revenue source from the mobile friendly version. Google penalizes websites that do not have a mobile friendly version of their websites. Also Tap-A-Talk does not have the same security that we do when a user registers, we have no control over what TAT does, or what they do with our user information/data. If you have a membership, when you log in you will not see any of the ads that are not Mini Cooper specific direct site sponsors just like the current benefit is today of being a supporting member.

    We feel like the new mobile friendly version will be as easy to use if not more so than Tap-A-Talk but absolutely want your feedback when we launch it on what we can do to improve it.
