    hey drabdub hows the r50 swap going?? been following that thread for awhile and looks like its gonna be sickk. too bad we cant fit a vr6 in there that would be so epic!

    did a 02 mini s trans swap to get the car back on the road. just need to bleed the clutch again and add trans fluid then it should be driveable.

    Pics of the Rab? We had a 1984 Cabrio... but with a 16v swap and full Neuspeed suspension goodies. MAN that was a fast car... 150+ normally aspirated hp in a 2000lb (ish) chassis.

    yeah the golf has a neuspeed sway system on it too and some coilovers. that thing handles better then my mini!

    right now its got a small exhaust leak tho...

    Yeah, THAT will weld right up!

    Those RK's on the A1 look FABULOUS! I've got RK's on my 2006 R53... sometimes I really miss the ol' A1 though! And Trophy Recaros = nice. Just clean up that interior and spray the innards white and you're golden.

    As for the Caddy (We always called 'em "SportRucks") - have you seen the mid-engined VR6 version on VWV? Hmmm.....

    Nice looking car you have !! Wish you were a bit closer !! I am looking for a detailer in the Monmouth/Ocean County NJ area. You seem to have much more experience that that now though :) !
