I plan to keep my MINIs ['03 Silk Green MC CVT, 73k, lightly modded for daily driving and twisties...'06 MCSa Pepper White, 81k, bonestock, for daily driving...'06 Royal Grey MCSa, 128k, heavily modded for daily driving, track and twisties] until they go no more or I die first. LOL. Honestly, I have seen a few go for 200k or more and an '02 with 300k, so it depends upon how you drive and maintain your car [carS, in my case]. I guess you need to itemize the "small parts" you are seeking.

You can get all the mileage you want as long as you maintain the car.

eBay has one for an '03 MC, but the details say it will also fit an '03 MCS. check out {horn button for an '03 Mini Cooper S]. It's used but is said to be in perfect working condition.

Hey Bud, welcome... A great site with a lot of great people and information. I also come from an air-cooled VW background and I really miss the simplicity of those cars.

Welcome to M/A, Bud! I think we have all had VWs in our past lives. You say your MCS is "high mileage"...how high is high? I have an '06 with 130k, but I know there are many on here with far more miles.

Hey guys and gals. Thanks for the contacts. My Dark Grey S has 130K I am not sure what those motors are good for but I plan to drive it daily. Wana quit driving that big pickup if you know what I mean. So how many miles can I expect to get out of this. And where can I get small parts?.

Welcome, I’m new here as well, and still fairly new to MINI’s, although I’ve had a love of them for years. I have high miles myself, and aside from a few well known issues, my ‘12 Countryman has been great. I know they don’t get as much love as the rest of the Mini lineup, but I love the way the R60’s look and drive, even if it’s a little underpowered compared to the rest. Still has the classic looks and interior switches. Plus I just LOVE the center speedo, and am glad mine still has it, although with the Nav screen, I like the more classic feel as opposed to the F60.
Ask questions, even if you think they sound dumb, I do and have learned a ton!
    Welcome!

Looking for a plastic horn button for my 03 S. I just need the button and not the entire switch as shown by the dealer. See my photos. Thanks! Bud

Okay so I was careless when I ordered the marker light for my 03 Mini. They are for the rear only $15 plus shipping in the US if you need them. .

It looks like you need #2. I don't think you can get just the button.

Or you can get a staring wheel off eBay.
