OMG, Montana has to have some of the greatest scenery on earth! Enjoy that motor to the fullest up there.

Thanks All for the warm welcome. I have defiantly been spending money on parts, just waiting till I have them all before I start working on it. No sense in tearing things apart multiable times, unless of course something breaks.
I can't wait to get it out on the scenic highways and back roads we have around here.
The drive from Medford OR was pretty great. -

Thanks everyone. I have wanted a MINI since they came out with this version so 2002.
I was able to finally get one in the color scheme I wanted and stock. I prefer to build it myself then buy someone else's forgotten/neglected project.
I just got it registered today, and starting this year you can get a black license plate for you car in the State of Montana.
I am becoming very familiar with the outmotoring.com website.
The garage is starting to fill up with parts. I will take a picture in a day or two.
I sure hope I can make it till the winter before I start working on it. -
