Keeping the beltline and door handles chrome with the white letters looks right! Nicely done!

Door handles will probably be blacked out, too. But belt line needs to be chrome, or else thered be no contrast in the upper/lowe body ;)

Also - ive been trolling around a bit, and saw that Aesthetic Creations sells door handle covers.

Reviews sound good, even with slow turn around. Anyone have a pricepoint on his handle covers?

They have exited the MINI biz and are only selling off old stock at this point.

Yes, call Aaron. He also has carbon fiber covers, that's what I have on Dark Helmet. I previously used AC on my '09 but when I needed black covers for our CMS and AC wasn't doing them anymore I bought a set of black jacks from Aaron and painted them black. They've held up well.

Aesthetic Creations are no longer making the door handle covers (or any other MINI parts). If you can find a pair, though, they do the trick. I have a set of white ones on my BRG - the fit on them is very good, and also has the nice side effect of greatly reducing the occurances of static electricity shocks I got from the factory chrome handles.

I do need to see about getting mine off and painted at some point; while the black ones are apparently fine to use 'as is', they added a recommendation for whites to be painted after I bought and installed mine, as they do discolor slightly after a while. I think they were in the neighborhood of $30-40 new, if I remember correctly.
