I subscribe to a service that informs when there are blogs, articles and the like for the keyword of MINI Cooper. Recently a blog entry for a firm in Fremont, CA appeared named Singh Autosport came up. They were showing the dyno graph for and R56 S they had tuned. Has anyone heard of this company and have anything to say about them?
First I've heard of them. Slick website: SINGH AUTOSPORT | Performance ECU Tuning They have a price list for tuning. Tuning an R50 or R53 costs $495. Tuning an Alfa Romeo 8C costs about $2000.00. Tuning a Lamborghini Reventon costs $5000.00. Also, this is interesting: http://www.commercialappeal.com/news/2008/Apr/15/feds-seek-forfeiture-of-package/
Cool, definitely let us know. A brief search shows a lot of posts from satisfied customers who mention that communication between the customer and the shop was very good.
Am I missing something here? I can't get into their site? You would think if they had done many Minis there would be something somewhere about them.
I can get on their site just fine - it's pretty! Makes RMW's site look like Billy Joe Bob's House of Tuning and Fine Sausages. But so does Billy Joe Bob's site... Jan needs to spend less time tuning and more time HTMLin'
Fancy site but from the second link, it sounds like a money laundering (or worse) business... Be interesting to hear if they really do have a business or if it's another Uber location...
Seems like the BMW guys have been asking the same questions: [ame=http://www.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=289360]Has anyone has heard of Singh Autosport?? - XBimmers.com | BMW X6 Forum X5 X3 Forum[/ame]
has anybody gotten their mini Mynes tuned by Hubie, alongside getting their mini RMW tuned by jan? theyre the closest tuners to me i know lol.
"Mynes tuned is yours?" I had my car tuned by Jason from Mynes, the developer of their own software. Did not get a Jan tune, so can't help with your question.
Jan tuned my car as well as a few that I had installed RMW head/cam/headers and every one runs great. Anything with this Singh guy? Dr, did you find them? --Dan
 This is the problem with forums everybody thinks that if you have not seen it or read it on one then it does not work or does not exists? Try using the old fashion telephone and call them up instead of speculating about if they are a real shop or not. You may be surprised at what they know! These guys have been doing performance and regular shop work for some time. They just did a web update lats year? There are really a lot more Performance experts available for what you need outside our very small community of Mini forums. After all a MINI is still a car with a piston powered engine! Well most of them?
