Site prep is well under way and the new two care garage has entered the que to be built. It should be delivered in time for Christmas or at least before the next snow. :fingerscrossed: BTW: It hasn't even arrived and I already have too much stuff to put in it. Jim
After our garage was finished I had to build an attached shed to it so we had someplace for "stuff" Mark
Garages, the only time you can use the word never and be correct. Example: A garage is never large enought.
There are companies that build them with wiring, windows, roof and all. They ship it to site and assemble. Modular?
While that is very nice I need a place to work on my cars, not a garage-mahal . Oil changes tire rotations. If my garage was that nice I fear Babs would banish me to it for life. Besides there is no tire swing to hang out on. :donut1:
Jim, did you get the one with the apartment upstairs? I was close once to a dream garage but the kitchen expansion, renovation, windows and hardwood floors eat up the funds. I have a two bay but it's full of a stalled 1937 Studebaker coupe project (both bays) and stuff. Almost looks like something from Pickers TV show. I bet your excited.
Just a single story which will go down front. The plan is to get a second one later that will up top by the side of the house. We are doing a lot of renovation right now and one garage was included in the first phase. It will be very nice to be able to get the cars in out of the winter weather and make the birds find some place else to take a dump. Jim
