Jim, did you get the one with the apartment upstairs?
I was close once to a dream garage but the kitchen expansion, renovation, windows and hardwood floors eat up the funds. I have a two bay but it's full of a stalled 1937 Studebaker coupe project (both bays) and stuff. Almost looks like something from Pickers TV show.
    I bet your excited.

Just a single story which will go down front. The plan is to get a second one later that will up top by the side of the house. We are doing a lot of renovation right now and one garage was included in the first phase. It will be very nice to be able to get the cars in out of the winter weather and make the birds find some place else to take a dump.

Well, it has arrived and this was the most amazing thing I have ever watched. Two halves and ONE person. A tug like thing hitched to the front and two sets of wheels went on the back. The trailer had a system that moved the section to the rear and set it on the ground, then moved the second half to the rear. The young man drove it manually to where he wanted it and then switched to remote control so he could walk around it as he backed it into place. Both halves were in place 30 minutes after he arrived. He then bolted them together, added the ridge vent and trim and was gone in three hours.

They gonna anchor it to the ground somehow? Pretty cool that you can basically mail-order a pre-built garage.

It isn't. The darn thing is heavy, so where is it going? The base pad was prepared and it just sits there.

It has a full, reinforced floor.

"Juatajumping", I like that. Perhaps this could be a new event for MOTD. :D

Funny thing is, I can't even get in the garage yet and already have too many things to fit in there. :(

Not junk MM. A MINI, an SUV, a tractor and a lawn mower. Going to be tight, but if worse comes to worse, I guess the wife's SUV can sit outside.

BTW: If you believe that I have a bridge for sale.

Funny thing is no matter how big you build a garage it is not big enough. :frown2: We moved house & into a new smaller garage. :eek6: I thought I had downsized my garage contents enough. :frown2: Babs SKOOBY now lives outside so the most important cars may lead a sheltered life. You will find many new ways to store things. Lots of shelves & hooks are in your future.
