    Thanks everybody, got a lot of stuff to do before the dragon. Planning on replacing my radiator fan, oil pan gasket, service the supercharger, probably replace the water pump, thermostat, and housing....who know what else. Starting to collect the needed parts, figured since I will have some of it apart might as well take it all apart. I told my wife that there is going to be a weekend in April where I am not doing anything except camping out in the garage with MINI.

    yeah it seems to be somewhat of a trend within the mini community. I was part of a mini club in Southern Indiana right before I moved. Most of the members were only interested in going on short day trips eat lunch and go home. No one was interested in actually grabbing a wrench, most of them just paid someone to work on the cars. The jeep club that I am still a part of I guess set me up to larger expectations. We had meetings every month, wrenched when ever someone needed some help, it was a really great. Was hoping that I could recreate that kind of environment within the MINI community, I guess we shall see.

    Welcome to M/A! I did a stint in Celina, OH when I was a kid.

    We started a new club last year called the Georgia Mini Auto Club that has had a nice steady growth. Up to 65 members since August 2011.

    We are looking forward to the Dragon, also... We are hosting the Braggin' on the Dragon Mini Show with Outmotoring!

    yodejt02 good luck with your club I am having a hard time getting people to show up for ours even if I post the next meeting two weeks in advance. Mine is not looking so good so I hope yours gets to Motoring on for you

    My truck club (Carolina Powerstroke Association) only meets about once a quarter but we do wrenching and hanging out to eat with family, of course we have vehicles from late 90's and up. It is kind of hard to get everyone together due to us being spread out all over North and South Carolina but it works
