    Sean, I ran on summer performance tires Saturday and it added to the excitement. It was like driving on hockey pucks but I had a blast. Once they got warmed up on 555 they were good the rest of the day :aureola:

    +1 on the summer tires being OK after some warm up. I was worried but it turned out just fine.

    I did it on those stiff Dunlop run flats, and still had loads of fun.:D Can't wait until they need to be replaced.

    In the temps we saw no one was going to have a problem with summer tires. Another 10 degrees colder & it might have been another story.

    I kind of wish we'd headed over to Fly & took a ferry ride. Maybe next time we'll do a spring drive & leave a bit earlier to cover more ground. :)
