We (Sue and I) will try to make it. I can't promise we'll make it, nor will I promise which of our vehicles we will do it in.

20 with a high of 40? Summer's are coming off tomorrow if the forecast holds true.

 

I am excited for the drive. I really wanted to have my lights on for it but $$$ limits what we do aye? its all good we have plenty of time to enjoy those!

Summer tires are staying on for one last drive!

I'm an optimist. The weather will be fine & if it is a bit dicey just drive to the conditions & you will be OK. You have to make your own decision about installing snow tires. If it was me I would not. Although I am running tractor tires from Wally World.

Rotated and inflated the tires, got an alignment, changed my oil, radios in the road trip bag, and brought up a spare wheel from the basement this week. I'll get gas on 256 just north of 70 on the way to B&E. Short of a wash which probably isn't going to happen I think we are pretty much ready to go.

 

Now that is the spirit. If you want I can bring my Leatherman tool & you guys with summer tires cam grove them into intermediates. :crazy:

I'm not sure my MINI will get washed either.

 

Oil getting topped off, need a rotate + balance but will have to do with out this run!

Wash will be done for sure though since I was slacking at the dinner. Hahha might use that tool and make some wanna be mudders. ;p

I think it is political!

 

It was spitting snow this morning and my summers felt okay on the road. If it's dry on Saturday I think they'll be fine. I've noticed I can get them to slide on the pavement a bit more with these low temperatures, but it's manageable. :deadhorse:

 

It's suppose to get up to 40 in Columbus and 45 in Marietta tomorrow. Let the drifting begin :ihih:

 

FWD doesn't drift, it pushes. Might you be referring to trailing throttle oversteer?
