No bird it happend on two different days. I'm kind of wondering if I did blow the guts out of the cat and now my exhaust is partly blocked. I guess I could take down the exhaust and see if any thing comes out. It's not throughing any codes.

Get the car up in the air in a safe way. With the engine cool. Start hitting the exhaust & listen for rattling.

You know? That's a lot better than taking the exhaust off. Thanks!

Hummm maybe go back and double check everything is tight and nothing loosened up on you. Make sure the belt is straight and maybe inspect it for odd wear.

As for the white stuff behind you....I have no idea because if you blew a head gasket you would have known it.

Hope you did not blow the guys out of your cat. Maybe you just hit a small bird.

I talk to one of the guys at Detroit Tuned today about the smell of my belt burning. He asked who's SC pulley i had. When I said it was ______ pulley he said that they have had lots of problems with that brand. He said they even had one slip and destroy a SC, and they are known to eat belts. Now I guess I have to get another 17% pulley.

Just for fun can DaveO guess the who's pulley I had?

I got it from them before I knew better.
