OEM Pulleys have about no value in the secondary market. I know of shops that have stacks of them laying around.

Yes it is first generation or for an r53 mini. No worries, it's better to ask... some people post the wrong items in the wrongs section. I've seen Nathan take care of that though; he's pretty good about making sure people post in the right section.

Personally I would toss the parts in a box until you sell your car or go back to stock someday.
As for the pully, it is really useless but makes a nice paper weight. You should keep the scoop incase you ever decide to change it back someday.
I was glad I saved my original parts did this when I dumped my JCW CF parts (Scoop, Boot latch and mirror caps) and went back to stock. -
HA! I may actually take that paperweight advice... but I'll leave both here just incase someone does want to go back to stock. Until then, that pulley with be holding my papers down; it'll be a nice memento.

So if people want it it's there; lets say you want to decorate your house or office and want to go to a place that makes you happy while you have a stack of folders and paperwork to look through. Just place this pulley on your desk and voila, you can imagine that supercharger whine all day. -
Ok ok, I'll take it down; however I really think this would really light up someone's home/office decor. Perhaps I'll use it to hone my hockey skills since the season is up in air.
