I'm not sure how these would work coming from Texas but I'm noting them down anyways! Y'all have fun & drive safe! And take pics!!!
Me thinks it might be slow around here this weekend, with with so many at the Dragon, but I'm sure the tall tales and pictures will flow come Monday, Monday. Jim
ditto, I also teach, and while I would love to play "hooky" from classes for this fall rally, I am still scheming on how to get most of the MOTD week off in the spring (without losing my job...lol) pac
\ Cool sign. As bad as that road is for trucks and as many accidents as they have had, does anyone know why they allow them on it? There must be another way since they went some place while it was closed. I have seen sections pof roads that were "closed to trucks over XXXXXX". Jim
There are some roads in TN & NC that do not allow big rigs. US 129 is not one of them. I wonder if it is because it is a US route? I've never encountered a semi on the dragon, but saw one come out of the rain & fog one morning while parked at the overlook. Damn scary.
I saw that on the way out of dodge. By the next time I went down there, a year later I'd forgotten all about that. Having a bad memory can be a blessing.
Wish we could make the fall Dragon run but R&D on new aero aids and tweeking the others is keeping us busy :crazy:. We will miss seeing everyone, but by next spring we'll be ready . Have FUN, drive hard and come home safe Mark
Well...... When you have to go, you have to go. This guy had to go from a high point. This was on the MSSD going to Tellico Plains.
Well, what did you think of the Dragon, where are some pictures of the car, what all is going on down there? Someone taking a leek is not news, its done all the time. :cornut: Jim
I have a feeling that a guy taking a leek is old news to everyone there. Very nice pictures Chuck, thanks. Jim
Man those pics make me wish we could have gone... Their just about all fellow Tar Heel Mini Motoring Club members, the third largest Mini club in North America and growing every day!!!! Great pics! tarheelminis.org
