It hasnt done anything here in Colorado neither. I wish they would really crack down on it... While you are driving is no time to be distracted by your phone.
If they really wanted this to work... 99% Of phones these days have a built in GPS... Simply make the phone unusable by shutting down everything except 911 calls when the GPS sees anything over 25 MPH. Simple and affective! -

If a designated driver dosent always work, a designated txtr never will!
As for the kids in the back seat... Tough! They will get over it. Remember what you did in the car growing up before texting existed... Was it really that bad? -
I am pretty hip and look very young for my age. I already have a hard time beating the women off of me hehehe.

Depends on ones perspective now...I am the older brother, can't say it was all good on the other side of the back seat from me.
