WhoTF is JebWooley?

 

It started off as a bit of a joke, and well still is. JebWooley is a virtual entity that shows up at all kinds of MINI events. Soneone, and I forget who, said "Jeb Wooley for President". I sorta took that ball and started rolling it downhill to see if it picked up any steam.

Around the same time I was contacted by a potential client to set up a forum using the Xenforo package. Not one to turn down paying work and also owning a license for the product that was on a site not being used at all I spent the whopping $7.47 to register JebWooley.org and proceeded to create the JebWooley.org site.

It's a fun bit to blow off some comedic relief and for me to learn the workings of the Xenforo product on a live site that hopefully will see some use.

BTW, I did close the deal with the client and created CollegeFishingForum.com for them.

 

Jeb Wooley (syn. jbewley) is a virtual member of Mid-Ohio Motoring. While we never really see him at our events or at national events like MOTD, he magically shows up in some of the event photos :confused5: Come on over and join in on the craziness :beer

 

what's my motivation? will i get an autographed photo of said WOOLEY?
