Welcome Greg. I will post up some snap shots of your car which may be dated but at least give an idea of your past work . Perhaps others with some more recent photos can add them as well ?

That's was the cars very first time at a race and only about the 4th time I had driven it. Took pole, but a short in a wire took me out of the race. At that time i would have overheated anyway I think.

It's been a while since I ran at NHMS, and I think Trackpedia has an outdated track map, but yeah, that's the entrance to the bowl going up the hill. I was watching my brother run his E28 in one of the student groups.

The E36 M3's couldn't brake as hard in T1, and the E30 M3's couldn't keep up going up the hill, and everybody noticed how fast that MINI was.

 

GT1 car almost done. Will be at Pocono in two weekends for shakedown and race.

 

So are you going to GT1 Greg and giving the MINI to your son to drive? Haven't heard much about the MINI for a while except that you had it up for sale. Any track dates set for the MINI?

Very nice GT1 car!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Is it from the builder down the road from you? Good Luck with the shakedown and race.

 

The GT is looking good. The last time I saw it there was just a lot of bare pipes
