Well......she is all apart and tell you the truth, it wasn't bad at all.....Car looks really bad now, looks like you ran in to a wall....lol!
I guess my pulley is 15% cause it has the Allen screws all the way around but no marking of any kind on it. Tensionser, belt,Harmonic balancer, idle pulley were replaced 10,000 miles ago, so I am gonna leave those alone.
As far as gaskets and parts to order...I am ordering....
1.O ring for crank positioning sensor.
2. OEM water pump.
3. OEM thermostat.
4. OEM thermostat housing.
5. OEM coolant.
6. Detroit rebuilt super charger with new gaskets.
7. O ring for dipstick.
What else should I check or change since it is apart?
Any other suggestions?.....
Hope she goes back together easily and does leak like titanic! lol

If it's a stock crank damper... start saving for an ATI Super Damper, if you can't swing it right now. That will be the only replacement you'll need.

Supercharge is gonna be back next week and installation starts then.... -

Belt I typically suggest bi-yearly for most drivers, or yearly if you have a 17% and want to be safe..... for $22 (I think that's what I paid locally last time, but bet it could be found cheaper), it can save you big troubles.
The tensioner...
Kinda depends....
My fix was to always run a VERY TIGHT BELT...so both no slippage and the tensioner is not doing much....still had the OEM factory one after 10 years, no issue....some do them every few years....you can kinda watch them as the motor is rev'd to see of it is bouncing around or staying tight.... similarly, a slight drop in boost at WOT, aka when on throttle at high rpms can indicate a slight slipping belt....that can be due to an ineffective tensioner, a worn stretched belt, or other issues....the fresh belt is simple and cheap.
Many folks were using a 535 length 6 track belt...I found a 532 fit nearly perfect with a 17% and even more snugly with the ati damper (the "stock" size is actually almost 1% larger)...Neve had any issues other than having to try a extra few seconds to get the belt on....
Yes....both belt sizes are common sizes for other cars....so no issues.
Occasional a parts counter person will imply they MUST have a make/model and try to give you the "CORRECT" belt...lol...if you find that idiot who doesn't understand, just say it for a lawnmower blade drive on an old machine you built, or a custom car you built....some of those computer terminal big box auto parts guys are idiots.... -
My pocket rocket is back on the road!!!
I did end up buying a new pulley from Detroit tune cause my old one wouldn't come off, even they couldn't get it off! I did have a 15% already so went with 15% again and new belt.
Putting it back together was pretty much just bolt everything back on, it was a pretty simple job, both removing and installing....
I wanna say THANKS to everyone that helped me through this and leading me the right direction to get this done correctly first time around.
God bless you all and may your Mini never break or leak! lol
