    A few hours in the garage should see one of those made..hahaha. Modfather could knock one up in no time.....then a few bed sheets sewn together and bingo a low cost toy to end it all.

    No flying laws for those things in CR....

    FAA is suprisingly good with these, the ultralights require next to nothing to fly.

    I was coming home from a trip the other day and the guy I was sitting next to was talking my ear off about these things. I was halfway ignoring him until he broke out the videos! Definitely something I would love to try.

    I did some checking down here. They can only a few times a week from Dec to April due to winds and weather conditions. Also some info here.
