Re-installed the formerly chrome-&-rust pos Mini driving lights and brackets after powder coating and rebuilding them. The driving light option was how much originally? I think they charged a bit too much. I recreated the swivel seat in HMWP to reduce metal to metal contact, and modified a SS carriage bolt to replace the hopelessly rusted thru-hole bolt. Ran the wires through a rubber grommet in a hole I drilled in the back and sealed it with RTV. Hopefully they'll stay rust free for a while. Tried them out on a back country road and "whoa" - it's like driving through a well lit stadium. Forgot how much I liked having them.

I liked 'em in chrome - they didn't seem to want to stay that way...
