    made it home in the rainy weather with no issues. Ready for next year. It was great seeing everyone and hope to see yall again next year. Hopefully everyone will be back, including those that did not make it (Justa Jim) this year.

    Had a great drive today. Didn't see many MINIs on the road but then again I went the opposite way than most do.

    Fontana Village is starting to get a lot of MINIs running around now. Good to see lots of folks showing up.

    If you drive by the photographers slow you A) Do NOT stand a chance of getting caught with your wheels on or over the yellow line and get eaten alive on the nets for weeks. B) Get more pictures to chose from later, because they can take more shots. C) Nobody can tell how fast you were going in a still picture. :D

    Wow, what a drive home. Normally takes about 7 hours, today was 9.5!. That rain was relentless. I've never had so many ass pucker moments in such a short amount of time.

    I'm whipped...event post mortem from me tomorrow.

    Another MOTD in the books, had a great time meeting a lot forum members, save the elusive Dave O! Next year my friend we'll have a beer or two!

    I'm happy to say that with even a full day of rain on Saturday we had no damaged sheet metal this year.

    I did see two videos that will never see the web that were serious OH CARP moments. One dropped two wheels off yet kept going, albeit with a muddy camera lens. The other did a spin with very visible tire marks across both lanes.

    They know who they are, I'm not saying.
