Chuck, I can find the above easier than finding the clay bar.
Dave O is correct regarding the Lacquer thinner. I have been using this which does remove the overspray but takes a long time. I got the overspray because I have to spray the car outside and on that day it was very windy. Little spots of white paint when everywhere. At least the paint will be wax free for the decals!-

I'm glad this was brought up. Now I know who to blame for the white overspray on the wife's R56! Jk, Rally. But seriously though, I've recently noticed this crap all over the driver side of the car,
and have been wondering how to get it off. I'll be picking this up soon. Thanks for the info guys!

Take a look here, has both parts you would need. There are many brands out there. Your local auto supply store in the states will stock it too. Not sure about the local auto supply store in Costa Rica.

Thanks Nathan , the Costa Rica version will be a broken house brick.

If you have a random orbit polisher slap a Nano Skin Autoscrub pad on it. It is the absolute best thing I have ever found for removing overspray, treesap, raildust, etc.

I find that lacquer thinner works well on paint overspray. (Not kidding)
Just put a little on a rag and wipe. DO NOT scrub the paint or let the rag sit on the paint just wipe a few times and the overspray and wax will come right off. May sure you re wax the spot when you are done cleaning off the overspray. -
Seen this it might help me as well? You see apparently I have a jealous neighbor or an unknown enemy.
A few months ago someone splattered silver nail polish on wife's caddy her car is silver put still pissed me off to no end. And now I got out the other morning and a red spot of nail polish about the size if a creaking quarter on the atomic punk. I want to kill.... well maybe not yea kill someone
Will this stuff clay bar take nail polish off ? -

Claybar works well. The longer the pain has been on there the harder it may be.
Chris if claybar doesn't work use 80 grit sandpaper. -
Next time you are going to spray anything sticky onto your MINI, masking stuff you dont want sprayed with blue painter's tape and a couple days worth of old newspaper make for a lot of time saved from cleanup but then you won't get hooked on clay bar, polishing, waxing, two bucket hand washing, lots of high quality microfiber drying cloths, quick detailing solutions...be back later, just thought of something.
