    The OL is a bit wonky from time to time. While the OL was saying my Bedivere was waiting to be loaded onto the ship, the dealership called to let me know he had arrived and could be picked up soon. The OL also indicated my car was a Cooper S instead of the Cooper it is.

    The short version is it's not just you.

    Yep. Even 6 years ago when I got my R53, the OL was always slow on the uptake by at least 5-6 days.

    The best way to get status back then was to call the ASK MINI 800 number. They offered to read off the options list to me and when they did so, I caught a mis-order by the dealer and had to spring into action to fix it.
