    Not sure is this had anything to do with it but, about a week or so ago I got an online survey for the OL site and the missing '10 owners manuals is one thing I mentioned.

    You forgot to put the '11 Countryman manual on your site or did you put it somewhere else?

    I forgot the Countryman, it is there now. Thanks for the heads up.

    The link to the 2011 Convertible is missing the .pdf extension. Once added, it loads fine.
