    GOOD LUCK! Most of that land is a nature preserve. The River and parks mixed with high-end homes; that's an uphill battle that won't be won easily... if at all. :frown2:

    Hope that never happens. As it is once they add the turn lane at Powell Rd things should move along better. I love that road as it is & would hate to see its scenic beauty ruined.

    Won't happen.....315 north of Mt Air runs through the Olentangy River Overlay which prohibits such changes to the topography.

    That pesky river thing is always in the way. We had the same problem in Cincy. That's why you can't go from the east side to the west side with out going north or south.
