    I had those codes last week at MOTD and my issue was a failed Jumper wire from OEM to my 450 cc injectors. My fix was buy new 550 cc injectors and jumpers from Jan\RMW and have Eric at the Helix tent install them. Then I went over to Jan and had him scale the new 550's to my car and it's RMW tune and all codes are now gone. I also pulled my plugs and checked the coil and wires. all was good and re-seated them.

    I do not normally recommend an oil catch can for a 1st gen MINI, however, in this case it may be beneficial.
