So, I now have a small dent just below the passenger taillight. The paint is intact. Got backed into.

I had a guy from Collision on Wheels take a look and he thought it was really minor enough to be handled by PDR.

So, any recommendations in the M.O.M area?

    Thanks.

    Nice slip up!

Dang smartphone corrections. What I meant to say was Paintless, not Painless.

I had a dent removed a couple of years ago by the Dent Doctor (name?) up on Billingsley Road off of Sawmill. They did a great job...about $100.

I think it's time for me to put in new contacts...paintless nor painless was what I saw when I glanced at the thread title. It's amazing how the placement of a single vowel can t-o-t-a-l-l-y change the meaning of a thread! LOL

    So...

I'm still looking. It appears Debt Wizard on Billingsly is no longer.

Their number forwards to what sounds like the main number at corporate.

Looked for DentWorks yesterday which was in Lewis Center. They have moved out. Not sure if they are still in biz. Had a cool YouTube video however.

It appears dent doctor is still on Kenny rd. Going to call them next.

I wouldn't recommend the Dent Dotor at location; I've had a not so good experience there.

I had my most recent door dings and bonnet dent (don't leave tools on top of the intercooler) repaired at the Dent Wizard off Billingsley Rd. I forget the name of the guy that actually worked on the car, but he was super kind and made a few funny jokes during the whole process. It was about a year ago.

I still have Dent Wizard's general manager's business card on my desk. Name is Scott Stoner. Cell: 937-367-2958. Office: 614-799-0450. Toll Free: 800-336-8949. Maybe its worth giving him a call and see if he has relocated or has any suggestions.

Jeff I'd recommend calling MAG & asking them who they use. I'm sure those high end cars are only entrusted to a good PDR guy.

Good luck & let us know who you use & how it works out.

You're a mind reader Chuck. Too bad its my mind:biggrin5:

I did just that. I stopped at MAG on the way home from donuts. Our good friends at the dealership were great help. They pretty much confirmed what I was told by the gent from Collision on Wheels.

At least in our market, there are not a whole lot of these PDR guys that are doing retail any longer. They seem to be able to survive off of dealer biz and can keep their overhead much lower by not having a storefront.

MAG said that they have 2 guys that they use and would be happy to facilitate the repair for me. I am coming up on a service interval so I may wait for that and do it all at once. Of course I will pay more in my opinion, as I cannot see the dealership passing the direct cost to me without a little padding for themselves. :ihih:

I did get a quote from the Dent Doc folks. It wasnt outrageous, but I didn't get to see any of their work and I would really like to use someone that comes from a referral that I trust.

I will try these #'s for dent wiz as well. Maybe they are still around afterall.

Call John Schroeck (said: Shreck) at Dent Magic on Sawmill. Outstanding work. I got a ding when mine was closer to new, and it was just under $100.
