Very cool, but they are certainly more space efficient automated parking options out there.

 

The elevator looked a bit tight. Wonder how many scratch something just getting in and out?

I Wonder what the earthquake insurance cost for that building?

 

It wasn't clear in the video whether it's possible, but it would be a real novelty if you can stay in the car, and just get in and out in your apartment. No separate elevator ride from/to the garage.

 

I just thought of something. How long is the line to get in and out in the evening after work and how long does it take to get your car in the morning before work?
