I imagine there are check valves or orifices in the new head cover, I didn't ask.

I thought we settled this over on NAM. They're magical passages that appear and disappear as needed. Boost or vacuum doesn't matter they're magical, not entirely dissimilar from several phenomenon in the classic game "Dungeons and Dragons".

Don't you guys know anything! Golly Gee, orifices... are you kidding?

Isn't that one of those frogs that can give you hallucinations if you kiss their butt. That could make those secret passages visible. :D

The plugs are Peugeot OEM etuners : Technical File. I've not been able to locate a source for them outside the EU at this time. Stelios Alexandrakis at Etuners was trouble shooting boost loss on a couple Peugeot 207 RC's and found broken PCV's.

Through research on the issue a change in design was discovered. Stelios recommends using a catch can on the PCV port when the IM routing hose is deleted.
