I'm just starting to consider cosmetic changes, targeting chrome removal as part of a focus on going to a more pure black & white color scheme. Looking at the way color sits on the car, the bumpers immediately jumped out to me (plus at least the front bumper is not too hard to remove for dipping.) Anyone have an example of a Pepper White R50 with otherwise stock black bumpers?

A Photoshop attempt: I think it would look like you had replaced the bumper and were too cheap to get it repainted.
Check my garage, I plasti dipped the chrome, looks great. I wouldnt plasti dip the whole bumper, deffinitly looks like a replacement that hasnt been painted yet.
If it is what you want to do then do so. Regardless of what others think if you like it then that is all that matters.

No, I'm not. Though I really like rkw's black grills with a black bumper stripe. I think I'll go with the stock grill blackened first.
