thats not a red K&M filter?

 

It is the stock filter that comes with a DDM CAI. I have been thinking about swapping it out, but have not done any research on other options. The whole thing is black right now because it needs a cleaning really bad.

 

LOL- you just reminded me to pick up a K&N cleaning kit for mine today :lol:

 

Chuck, that's State of Nebraska - Omaha Orange to be quite specific. Adnd another well known fact about this MINI...don't try to outrun it on an AutoX course...it will eat you up

 

I think the orange wheels among all those orange cones confuses his competitors.

Trouble with auto x is I always get lost. Garmin says... Recalculating! :crazy:

 

Or it could be that the orange wheels hide the fact that he missed a cone or two and is running a shorter route through the course.

What was involved in getting the skirts prepped for paint? That looks sharp, but getting rid of that texture looks like a ton of work.

Also, I lived in Tempe and Mesa back in the late 80's. Loved AZ.

 

Took off the run flats and got new wheels too!
