Anybody know of a safe way to get baked-on bug guts off the AC condenser (see pic)? Those big, black globs are Painted Lady Butterfly flying grease ball innards! You should'a seen the outside of the car. :cryin:

Use a soft nylon brush, and lots of water. For guts stuck way inside the fins, use a long Q-tip, or just drive the car, they will desiccate to dust.

Or you could use some Simple Green. Spray it on and let it soak while washing car and then use a pressure washer to clean. Breaks up and goes right thru.

So Dwight, are you going to tell us why you took your front bumper off after just adding your new IC?:D

LMAO! Those were the "decorations" I found during the IC install. I now know the trick for getting the upper grill off for easy cleaning.

Thanks guys for the tips on cleaning the condenser. I even picked up one of those expensive fin straightening tools to take care of all those hail stone dents. $7 at Harbor Freight! LOL
